Employer will sign up with company email and Hiringpeoples.com will authenticate the user on telephone so to make sure company is not a fake one and contact details are correct. Hiringpeoples.com will not be responsible if somebody misuse company address or company phone number to register with hiringpeoples.com.

Hiringpeoples.com will remove any account if that company will simply send us formal request using company email address. Search Engines like (Google, Yahoo, Lycos, Alta Vista etc) are always indexing the contents of hiringpeoples.com and rank them according to their own search algorithms so we will not be responsible for Employers ranking related to hiringpeoples.com in different search engines.

For Job Seekers

Any employee can sign up with hiringpeoples.com using his personal email address but he or she has to do email authentication before account activation. We will not activate any user until or unless he or she will not authenticate their email address. Hiringpeoples.com will not be responsible for any misuse of job seeker data. Postings/Submissions

This site makes no guarantees as to the level of success a user may achieve by using the service. You shall not be entitled to any refund, rebate or retribution for usage that you determine to be unsuccessful. We make no guarantee that your posting will be accessible for the entire term of its listing. Computer outages, software failure and other technical and non-technical issues may cause temporary outages that we cannot be held liable for. This practice is explicitly restricted and may result in cancellation of your posting and removal of your usage rights. No party may use our services with the intent of hurting, damaging, destroying, or otherwise infringing on the stability and usefulness of our services.
