Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Idea candidate must have quite 10 years’ experience in policy development and documentation, recruiting and staffing, employee safety, welfare, wellness, health like EOBI, Social security and health and life insurances.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the general business strategy
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and fulfilling future business needs
- Report to management and supply decision support through HR metrics
- Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to work out a competitive compensation plan.
- Guides management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues in daily routine.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Maintain employee’s confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential
